When approaching from Shrewsbury take the A488 (Bishops Castle road) through Hanwood, Pontesbury and Minsterley. Approximately 1 mile after passing through Minsterley turn left at Plox Green (signposted to Snailbeach and Stiperstones). Follow the road up through Snailbeach and on reaching the village of Stiperstones.
